REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
To better serve our families, we offer Continuous Enrollment.

CONTINOUS ENROLLEMNT MEANS:
Easy Registration. Once registered, your child remains enrolled in classes until you wish to drop.

No hassle transfers. Currently enrolled students may move to a different class or day/time, as space is available.

Automatic payments. No need to come in and pay in person. Payments are run on the 1st of the month.

Registration fee. Families pay no registration or cancellation fee.

Parent Portal access: Make changes to your account easily online.

MISSED CLASSES:
While we hope Ninjas and their families try their best to attend classes whenever they are able – that’s part of learning dedication and discipline – we understand life happens.

Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will NOT result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. We provide one free pass to open gym per month as well as half priced open gym any other time. Just check in at the front desk.

DROP POLICY:
All drop requests must be made 2 weeks before the next billing cycle. Parents must notify the gym to drop a student from class.

CREDITS & REFUNDS:
The Grip Ninja does not offer refunds. Your tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance. Tuition will not be prorated for absences or scheduled Grip Ninja closures. If injury or sickness occur we will work with you families on an individual basis.
