Early Morning Ninjas: Monday & Friday from 5:30am-6:30am
These classes are for the Ninjas who need little sleep and want to hit the gym early. Based on need or want they will be similar to the teen/adult classes. Or you can come
early and do your own thing. There will be a course set up and a Ninja there in the morning to help on technique and helping you meet your fitness goals!
Young Ninja/Adult: Friday @ 9am
This class is for parents/adult to get involved in their child’s fitness and have fun while gaining strength and balance. It will be semi-instructional with group games using the parachute, tunnels, and balance boards. As the parent/adult you will help teach your child, running, jumping, rock wall climbing, monkey bars, somersaults and so much more. This class gives the younger Ninja fans a chance to experience what the big ninjas do and allows you to come back to open gym when you choose to work on your own Ninja skills.
Real Ladies Ninja Class: Tuesday & Thursday from 10am-11am
This class is a way to get your Ninja on without the boys around. Female Ninjas are killing it out on the course and you can too! If you have ever wanted to try the salmon
ladder, fly through the air from bar to bar or run the warped wall, we’ll help you obtain those goals through fitness at its most fun. Once you’re comfortable in your ninja skills come to the adult evening class and show those boys how it’s done!
Mini Ninjas (ages 4-7): Monday-Thursday @ 4pm & 5pm
Our Mini classes are super fun and high energy! We will have new courses every class so the kids will get a lot of variety. We have obstacles that are hung lower for our Mini Ninjas. A mini warped wall the kids can try and conquer. We have ropes, balance obstacles, the crazy caterpillar, which includes the devil steps, monkey bars and so many options to hang cannon balls, nun-chuck’s and a one of a kind slider. There are some “Big” obstacles the Mini’s can use that the coach’s will help them on. Obstacles just like the Ninjas on TV use. Each class is taught by a Ninja who has been on the show, American Ninja Warrior! We provide positive reinforcement that fuels your kid for success. If your kid dreams of being on the show, The Grip is the best way to make it happen.
Mighty Ninjas (ages 8-12): Monday-Thursday @ 4pm & 5pm
Our Mighty classes are so much fun your kid won’t even know they are getting a great exercise while they are doing it. It is such a great way to keep your kids excited about being active. Our coach’s put together fun and exciting new courses each week to keep it fun. They will focus on a few specific obstacles each class so that your child can learn
how to do the obstacle properly and get stronger every week. Mighty Ninjas are capable to do most of the things on the mini side but will also be doing obstacles on the “Big” side, including rolling dice, wing nut side laches, salmon ladder, slider row, jumping spider, captain’s hook and of course our various heights of the warped wall. Our classes will not only help your kid with obstacles at the gym but also with obstacles in life. Each class is taught by one of our very own Ninjas from the show! We will increase their skill level, help them believe in themselves and show that we care about them as a person. Your kids won’t want class to end.
Teen /Adult (ages 12+): Monday-Thursday @ 6pm
These classes are intense and the most fun you will have while getting a workout. They are designed by some great ninjas who have been on the show and know how to push your body to the limits. They will help you gain upper body strength, grip strength and agility and teach you how to use your body most effectively to get through all the obstacles in the gym. These classes can really help you train for competitions, to get ready to compete on the show or just to have fun getting in shape. If you have the drive and dedication we can help you get to your fitness goals and make it up the 15 foot warped wall!
Open Gym (ages 11+)
Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm-9pm * Saturday from 6:30pm-10pm
Access to the entire facility during designated open gym hours. You must be 11 to come to open gym. We do not offer day care so PLEASE TO DO NOT BRING YOUNGER
CHILDREN WITH YOU TO OPEN GYM. We offer a family night open gym on Mondays and Fridays where you and your younger ninjas may play together.
Birthday Parties – $200
Friday between 2pm-6pm * Saturday between 10am-6pm
Don’t miss out on the best birthday party ever! 10 kids included in the price $10 per extra child. Run, play ,laugh, and make your own courses for a 1 hour and 45 minutes private use of the entire facility plus the party room. Food and drink allowed only in party room.
Family Ninja Night:
Monday and Wednesday from 7pm-9pm and Friday from 6:30pm-10pm
Restrictions apply: Parent must attend and supervise.
If not a member $10/person rate for Family Ninja Night.
Student Night is Saturday. Come to open GYM for $10. 6:30pm-10pm
